1. Open the Options menu in the BlackBerry Device

3. Select Host Routing Table
4. Select menu, then 'Register Now '

1. Log in to your carrier BIS site which is usually for email settings
2. Click on the link "resend service books".

a) Log in to your service account and select 'Set up BlackBerry Internet Email'
b) Choose the left link 'Service Books'
c) Select 'Send Service
