(has been tested on OS 6, the other OS can be tried as well):
1) Open Mobile Network option
2) Network mobile seletion change from automatic mode to Manual
3) Choose another network,
4) Leave it for + / - 5 minutes, then select the automatic return mode
5) Restart your BlackBerry.
