BlackBerry 10 Can Run Game PlayStation 0

Dev Ports PlayStation PSP Emulator to BlackBerry 10 – Sideload Alpha

RIM BlackBerry 10 is not just bringing a myriad of new applications and popular games, but BlackBerry 10 will also be able to run the emulator PlayStation Portable. xSacha as an application developer will launch the emulator to run games PlayStation Portable on BlackBerry 10.

We have seen developers bring PlayStation emulators to the PlayBook before but now we have another milestone. BBIN.in spotted developer xSacha showing off PPSSPP running on his BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha. That is right he got the PPSSPP PlayStation Portable (aka PSP) running on the Dev Alpha. I checked the PPSSPP project homepage and it confirms the BlackBerry 10 beta port and it is even available for download and sideloading if you are brave enough.

The emulator can run a variety of classic PlayStation games on BlackBerry 10. See the video above, BlackBerry 10'm trying to run the game on the PlayStation Game Puzzle Bubble. Looks no problem in playing it even looks cool to play 4-inch screen.

The website is also kind enough to have a game compatibility list though it isn’t very long. You also need to find a way to get your “legal” PSP games to play them. Good luck yea brave of heart! Otherwise you can just check out the demo video below:

With the PlayStation emulators, allows the emulator Sega and Nintendo games can also be played on BlackBerry 10. What do you think?
