isssue is, unfortunately, not software related but hardware on the BlackBerry camera. After trying a few ways, here's a solution that seems to solve the problem for BlackBerry Devices

If you look at the BlackBerry Device camera lens on the back, and did not seem the middle hole, your BlackBerry Device cameras may not be completely in the socket that connects to the phone circuit boards.

It would seem just a little left or right of center. If this happens, you can try:

1 / taking the battery cover and gently tried to push the camera lens down to try to re-seat it. (Do not believe the screen on the other hand do not stress)
