Service Book for BlackBerry ® Internet Service may be sent to your BlackBerry ® smartphone for one of the following reasons:

1. One of the books are outdated service
2. The BlackBerry service book database has been cleaned
3. Original service books did not reach a BlackBerry smartphone

Note: When logging in to your BlackBerry Internet Service to change the BlackBerry smartphone that is associated with it, a new service book is automatically sent to a new BlackBerry smartphone.

Can send service books to BlackBerry smartphones using one of these methods:
 
Method 1

BlackBerry smartphone users can send service books from the BlackBerry smartphone.
 
Method 2

BlackBerry smartphone users can send service books when logged in to the BlackBerry Internet Service web site.

1. Visit the wireless service provider's BlackBerry Internet Service website and log in.
2. In the Settings menu, click Help.
3. Click the Send Service Books.
4. Click OK.
 
Method 3

The service provider can send service books to the BlackBerry smartphone. Contact your wireless service provider for more information.
