How to Fix Error Display Picture BlackBerry Messenger Missing or not updated 0


Often we receive questions how How to retrieve profile photos picture/display picture on BBM is missing or not updated, the following solutions in order photos re-emerge:
  • Backup your BBM contacts in a way remotely backup features in BlackBerry Messenger:
  • Register your email that you use on your BlackBerry to the server for backup and restore BBM BBM contacts if you have not. (If you have a list, trying to register a new email)
  • After that, open the BlackBerry Messenger and enter the menu (press menu bb): "Option - Backup - Backup files Remotely
  • Perform all register email backup contained on the list and press the "Register"
  • Wait a few moments until it says "The Verification Email was sent successfully."
  • (If within 10-15 minutes it says they will not. Try to canceled and repeated again., And if it is still so let it go ignored)
  • Once finished all. Perform reset by disconnecting the battery Restart your BlackBerry.
  • If the restart has finished loading, go back to your BBM and check back to the last menu option-backup, make sure the registered email already sign the words "registered"
  • If all is done, wait a few minutes for the process of re-loading photos emerge all.

If it still does not appear, try pinging the server rim with diagnostic tests.

1st Tips (Register HRT)
  • Go to Options
  • Select the Advance Options
  • Select Host Routing Table
  • Choose the “BOLD” point
  • Press your BB menu
  • Select Register Now
  • Then it would be showing some message, “Your Handheld registered with the wireless network..”
  • Restart your BlackBerry devices.
  • Well, now you can check your avatar. If still failed, try 2nd tips.
2nd Tips (Re-Invite Contact)
  • Go to your BBM (BlackBerry Messanger)
  • Delete all your friend which not showing their avatar (please backup their pin 1st before deleting)
  • Reinvite them!
3rd Tips (Re-Install BBM)
  • Go to your BBM
  • Choose Options
  • Backup Now
  • Select Backup Files Locally (backup to media card)
  • Close your BBM
  • Go to Options
  • Select the Applications
  • Change the “3rd party” into Add-on
  • Click on BlackBerry Messenger
  • Delete it
  • Restart Your Blackberry
  • Go to Blackberry App World
  • Find Blackberry Messenger
  • Install it! And then restart it (again)
  • Go to your BlackBerry Messenger
  • Push your BB Menu and then choose Options -> Restore -> Restore using a backup file from device (choose your backup file that you had created before)
